The Blue Lagoon in Abereiddy (Abereiddi)

"The Blue Lagoon" is a disused slate quarry in North Pembrokeshire. Abandoned in 1901, it flooded in the 1930s and - despite the name - usually has a green colour owing to the mineral content in the quarry. At 25m deep, the quarry now gets used for diving and coasteering.

Took this with the Sony A7r and Zeiss 35mm f2.8 lens. The colours are straight out of camera with landscape mode in Lightroom.
